Hi Kimberly...I want to congratulate you on your success and to let you know that recipe sounds yummy. Ricotta is one of my favorites and I'll put some vanilla and splenda in it. Thanks for posting the recipe..MJ

Thank you all for your kind words and support. I am feelingmuch better now. My angel Amy F. is the best person I know and has really proven what a friend and angel are. I love her very much and she stuck by my side through this whole process, and now it is my turn to do the same for her. Amy needs a pat on the back from EVERYONE here, not only was she a good Angel but at the time of my surgery she found out she was Denied by her INS. PLEASE give her support! Thanks Kim Herrera
