Well stress is my middle name. I've been so involved with helping to take care of my dad, that I ended up loosing my job. He almost died in my arms at Xmas, and the family went up to see him on Father's Day (they live 400 miles away). The next weekend he was gone. I am totally devestated and still in denial.I'm going through periods where I don't want to eat at all, or where I stuff myself. I've leveled out at 160lbs give or take a few pounds each way. I want to reach 150 but right now I'm so weary with all the stress and grief, it's all I can do to get out of bed.
