Not Absorbing My Vitamins

I have done so well for the last ten months. I have lost so much weight. Now, I have a problem. I am so tired and the doctor tells me, I am not absorbing my vitamins. I am going out of town to care for a friend which is having surgery. I really am so tired. He has sent me for more blood test. I do not know the results and most likely won't until next week. I am flying out Thursday and I am in hopes I feel better. Please think of me when you say your prayers tonight. Will let you know what the test tell me.
