Eleven Months .. WOW

It has been 11 months and now feeling like my goal is so far away. I am pictured here with three of the most gentle souls I know. Scott Hayford and the two greatest nurses, Marcie and Barbara. With all my disablities Scott still finds the right direction to guide me to proper exercise. My two nurses can not be described, as anything but "Angels of Mercy" They treated me as family and cared for me as if I was the only person in their lives.
Words can not express the change this surgery has made for my life. Many thanks go to so many from the staff. I have been so blessed to have them in my life.
I am still sitting a goal of 199 pounds by November 3rd. My anniversary of the start of my journey and new life. My highest weight ever was 440 pounds and my first visit to Dr Marema was 356 pounds.
As my son now hugs me he can not believe he can get his arms around me. 42 years ago, the day of his birth, I weighed 214 and never saw that low of a weight until this year. I am now fighting to get under the 200 pound mark and enter a new set of numbers. YAY!
