Finally approved!!!

I got my letter from my insurance yesterday afternoon! I am approved! It has been a long 16 month journey of doing everything asked and then some.
History:
Doctors losing paperwork, files etc. My primary screwed me for the first 3 months stating she had sent my patient records over while I started my 6 month diet. Then I find out she hadn't! Then the caseworker in charge of my case lost my "info sheet" and after 3 weeks finally admitted it, filled it out again, made a copy this time and asked. Drove it back personally.
Surgeons office asked me to have a LOT of blood work done, my primary argued it, and after finally doing it, my thyroid was IN bad shape so that put me behind for 5 months to get it in normal range to have the surgery at all.
Then was put under another caseworker. Then she proceeds to tell me I have nothing turned in, and that they closed the case???? What the h*ll? Months of this and them stating they had no paperwork, still needing this (which I had done etc). Then she wouldn't keep me updated for months at a time. TOTAL nightmare.
Finally they submitted the paperwork. Then two weeks later asked me for a final weigh in? They couldn't have done that prior to sending everything over to the insurance. Was informed 2 weeks later.
Now I am playing tag with my caseworkers voice mail, to find out when can I schedule my surgery???
WHEW!
