Well, I'm down to 188 from a 215 regain. I want to get back to my 175 normal weight. I'm getting there slowly but yes getting there.
I am not exercising because I have a neuro muscular disease ...

I’m frustrated. I’ve gained about 20 pounds very quickly. I normally maintained. Im not sure what changed in me. I know something did. Im hungry. Im eating too much. Help! Unfortunately I have no support.
