How much is too much, I'm 5 years post op and have had some regained! NOT Happy need to get back on track! I know I need to go back to the basics but how much is too much?

I was sleeved in 2014 lost about 65lbs and have been stuck since then. In fact even gained some. I'm always hungry, when I eat I always eat protein first, after a little I'm full.. 1/2 hour late I'm hungry again.

Do you feel after VSG, we are better with NO/low Carb or just sticking with high protein foods. For example, brown rice, and beans? Or only meat, eggs, and cheese?
