INTRODUCTION
I just want everyone to know that I love this site!! It has been so informative for me. I have been reading everyone's profile and the message board for several months now, but was afraid to post. I go Monday, Feb. 24, 2003 for my first consultation visit with Dr. Freeman's office. I'm a little scared, but at the same time I am very excited! I am 5'5 and I think I'm close to 311#. I've lost over 50 pounds for I was close to 375 when I weighed at my Aunt Juanita's last week. I have fibromyalgia, arthritis, hypertension and a few other health problems that I am hoping can be resolved by having the surgery. I have a wonderful husband of 18 years who is very supportive in my decision. The Lord blessed us with a son who is now 16 and He allowed us to adopt a beautiful baby girl at birth who is now 4. Boy, does she ever keep us on our toes!! As for my hobbies, I am an avid cross stitcher. I own a shop called Heavenly Stitches. It is my way of surviving! I have met some of the most wonderful people through this shop. Tracy, Trisha, Beverly and MaryAnn are truly angels sent from God above. They will never know what they mean to me. I try to be a very happy person at work so that my customer can't see how unhappy I am on the inside. Well, I guess I should stop rambling. I would love to receive mail from you all.
