I started having a lot of problems while away on summer holidays. While at a family reunion a family Dr. looked me over and told me about the lap band. She gave me the a web address to check it all out when I get home.
On arriving home and after many x-rays and Dr.s appointments I found I have problems with my discs in my neck and lower back and hip. Pain, pain, pain.
Anyway my Dr. suggested that I look into WLS, he was talking about gastric bypass. I asked him about lap-band but he knew nothing about it. So, I started researching the lap-band and shared the info with my Dr.. He still was unsure but agreed that I had to do something so he agreed to my having lap-band surgery.
