PATTS in the past ...

So PATTS went very well -
Lots of "butterflies" as the process winds up ... control issues BEWARE !? lol
Doing my 3-3-3 breathing ALOT - helps with chilling those 'butterflies' when they get stirred up!

This Friday marks DAY 1 of Optifast, and 3 weeks of pre surgery preparation.
August 19 will be here very soon, and I have a zillion feelings about that - all at once mostly I might add !

Stamina in optimism will be much needed in the next span of time ... hanging in there doing one day atta time, sometimes one task at a time just to stay as peaceful as possible.

I suspect the next time I get on here to blog post it may be post-surgery. 
Though I may well be on the forum with questions or seeking input once I begin the optifast adventure on Friday!

*sigh*  ........... Away we GOOooooo .............
