4 months out

On sept 19th i was 4 months out.
Down 74 lbs.
......so in the last month i have only lost 4 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!

grrrrrrr.

I mean....considering i stped working out and started cheating on my diet a bit.....thats good cuz i still lost....

i am just pissed at myself cuz i could have lost so much more :o(

I got a gym membership so i can start really working out.

5 times a week is my goal...water arobics for an hour and weights to tone for about 30 mins in the morning before work

and hit the tredmil or bike after work for about 30 min.

I really need to get in more protine and calories period...i barley eat a dan thing... and when i do im just snaking on sugar free popsycles or just crap...............


so back on track for me.
