Protein Pumpkin Mini Muffins (Wingin' it!)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Ingredients
1/2 cup pumpkin purée
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/2 cup almond flour
2 tbs coconut margarine
1/4 cup SF vanilla torani syrup
1/4 cup baking Splenda
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
dash of salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
mix all wet ingredients and then fold in dry ingredients
grease the heck out of the mini muffin pan with cooking spray
fill the muffin cups to the top
bake for 12 minutes or until knife comes clean
makes 18 mini muffins
