My story really begins 43 years ago, when I was born into a large and loving family! When I was a child, I always remember my mom saying, clean your plate...and then I would clear the table and clean everyone else's plate. My high school years were some of the best years--I had joined Weight Watchers in the 8th grade and by the time I graduated High School, I was off to college the thin-ist I had ever been! All I wanted out of life was to get married and have kids..and that I did...and I was a happily married woman with three kids---my pregnancies really put on the pounds...and then my life took a huge turn to the left if you will---I came home from work one night and my husband had packed his car and he was moving to Oklahoma...long story short, the next several years of my life were pretty sloppy--it was around that time my primary care physician heard something funny in my chest--another long story short over the past five years my cardio myopathy has become symtomatic, making walking to the car a difficult task--so here I am--attempting to "Save my Life", at least that is what my cardiologist says! I am currently awaiting precertification...
