True Health... You know I expressed my concern to my Doc before surgery about the whole hair loss thing! He replied: as long as you take these vitamins as I prescibe you shouldn't have any trbl that! Well I did I was getting really concerned about my hair, skin just over all body was not recovering very fast. It was in March that I decided to try something my Aunt been praising about since early last year. It was ONLY 1 week after trying these products that I had ENERGY, my hair started growing and not falling out, AND my nails started growing like when I was on the pre surgery diet. WOW is all I can SAY! Hi, another quick note... I am doing well and think I am going back into another stall but its all good. I am happier and HEALTHY then ever. I have alot more energy even my co-workers are wondering why i am so happy all the time??? LOL
I just feel good about myself and have energy!!!

Hello all just a quick note to let everyone know that I am feeling GREAT!! Had a stall for about a month but came out of it about a week ago.. I AM SO FREAKING happy weight is down to 192 this morning. WOW

I have had a few minor probs. But doing better now other then being bored stiff. (I really hate being alone) and my son has had school and husband work which leaves me home alone everyday. The thing I hate more then anything is waking up and being by myself. I had some trbl with getting in enough fluids and sleeping, my meds for sleep don't work well anymore so I only get half the sleep I used to to but, the Dr. has given me a extension on my medical (good or bad I don't know cause thats longer alone) I think I am getting things under control been able to drink decaf unsweet tea alot better then water so getting in more fluids as for the sleep, one Dr tells me when I wake up to take another and the other Dr. tells me that will cause more of a dependency on the product. He has me trying a few other things. However as I think of it more I have read that we as RNY patients have things travel through our system faster and that why the meds don't work as well soooo wouldn't that be the same if we took time release products? (they wouldn't work either right).

Down 17lbs since surgery, 3wks out 25lbs since last PCP appt.... my cloths are all loose and some just don't fit anymore. Having a little (alot) of trbl getting enough fluids in just can't get enough in. Still feeling weak and tired most of the time. Will fill in more as time goes by thanx everyone for words of wisdom on message board don't know what I would do without ya'll. :)

Okay it's all done... whew

I'm home and i have to say it wasn't as bad as I expected... when I first awoke I thought to myself then toooo the nurses HEY I sure hope they did the right surgery on me I surely am not in enough pain here. I had very minor pain in my lower chest cavitiy so I was thinking did they do a lap band on me (I even sent the nurse to check she brought back my chart to show me) LOL. They had me in ICU my Dr puts all his Bypass patients their first day unfortantly they could not get my blood pressure up so I had to speand 3 days there. Anyway, They had me on a MORPIN drip which it seemed I was allergic to cause I was itching everywhere so the took me off that and put me on DEMERAL Drip.... OOOO Boy I felt the PAIN THEN!!!! Felt like my stomach was someones FOOTBALL but it was only for a day and half. Total time in Hospital was 5 days home now. Day 6 waitng for follow up. I have not experienced any trbl with anything??? Even with taking meds or anything kinda concerned with that? But will wait and see
