Quitting Smoking Day 1!!

Ok so today I decided that there's no time like the present to quit smoking!! I'm pre op and haven't even been to the seminar yet!! That's July 24th!! But I wanted to get a start at making better choices to a healthier life!! I know this is going to be hard but I am willing to give it my all!! I will have to quit anyway if I want this surgery and I do want it really bad!! One day at a time and I will be blogging everyday about my progress!! I know I can do this!! Then next thing is cutting soda out but one thing at a time!! So far so good!!
