1-7-07. HOLY CRAP I know that I have updated sooner than this. I dont know if it got lost or what........MYSTERY.

Anyway, hope everyone is doing well. I am doing great. Loving life.
Not a whole lot new going on but still loving life.

My sister, she just had the lap RNY on December 18th and is doing great. She has lost 26 lbs as of her 2week post op. YOU GO GIRL!! She is still struggling with the newness of the eating changes, chewing good enough, not drinking when eating. All of that stuff that most all of us struggled with at first but other than that she is back to work and doing wonderful. CONGRATS SIS, I LOVE YOU!!

My husband and I are fantastic but that has always been the case, a lot of weight or a lot less weight, that never changed. Although he does compliment me ALL the time and that feels wonderful.

My weight started at 243, went down to my lowest at 137 then went back up to 147 and stayed there (147-150) for over a year. So I figured that was my maintaining weight. Then I quit drinking alcohol, I was drinking a lot more than I should. Anyway, I have been able to lose down to 142 with no other changes in my life other than the lack of alcoholic intake. So thats great.

Well, take care and God Bless.
