Hey Everybody I know its been a minute Ive a Little stressed this passed month. Due to things beyond my control Ive had the added stress of getting my first major stall at 9month. ( so if you guys can help me out on  how to jump start this thing back up,let me know!) Well Im not gonna be long so I'll share my stats now. I may be going through right now but I thank GOD carring me from 364pounds to 217pounds, thats 147pounds lost in 9 months! Yes I guess you can say I gave birth to a new me! =)  I want to thank everyone of you all that share you progress with me, it give me so much motivation!!! Much LOVE.......ERICA       p.s.Immma try to post some pics,they're mostly headshot so I'll try to get my kids to take some this week!

Hey Oh Fam! I'm officially 5 months post op. today! Though I didn't hit my goal of 250pounds I've been blessed with 254pounds and sportin' that with just as much pride! Thank you J-E-S-U-S!!!!!!!!!!!I Have Lost 110 pounds in 5month's! My doctor told me not to be looking to lose at a fast pace any more after I had lost the first 50pounds so fast but I was blessed with 60 more!  Thats what I call F-A-V-O-R!!! Even though I know I'm going to have to work even more harder this portion of my journey, I am soooooo thankful of what I've already got from this WLS!!! One, Im off all three of my Diabetes meds,which were insulin,byetta shots and glumetza!!!!!!! As long as I stay below 120 no meds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The end of Nov. I find out about b.p.meds and cholesterol meds! Second, my short frame is no longer burdened with having to hold 364 pounds! What a difference 5 months makes! As I told you all before yall comments and encouragement really mean the WORLD to ME!!!! I ThAnK you So MuCh OH Family!!!!!!!!! Till next time

 I'm totally amazed!!!!!!!!! 5 more pounds since sept.28th! Yes,I've been a little more active but wow! 364 to 259 in 4 months!!!!!!!!! I'm going for 250 by Oct.18,my 5 month post op rebirth day! Yall think I can pull it off? OOOOhhhhh that would be SWEET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Anywho,I'm about to do this head of mine and try to be brave enough to post some more body shots! Its hard to go from hiding from the camera the last 8 years to be front in center! I'm LoVING YOU OH FAMILY! THANKS for all the SUPPORT!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am in tears right now! Thank You JESUS!!!!!! I can not believe it! I see some change,I definitly feel better,Im off all 3 of my diabetes meds,to include 2-3 insulin injections a day! I thank GOD for this Tool!!!! 100 pounds gone in 4months and 10 days! WoW! Only 99 more pounds till I get to the top of my goal weight range. Doc set my goal at 150 to 165. So Im setting for 165 and when I get there I'll set some more goals!!!!!!!! One day at a time! I am LOVING EACH and EVERY ONE of YALL for the SUPPORT and ENCOURAGEMENT!!!!!!!!!!! Hey, how do I get tha century card! lol!

Hey OH FAMILY, I know you guys dont hear much from me but doesn't mean that I dont care! watching everyones interaction,the comments,joking,updating,pictures INSPIRED ME! Inspired me to help save my own LIFE! Despite KNOWING THIS JOURNEY HAS ITS UPS AND DOWNS! THANK YOU OH! We'll I'm goin to start off where my last post left off. My gas was so bad that it was making my heart rate go off the charts along with my sugar levels! So DOC made me stay an extra day. Went home and besides what you expect I was great! After week 2 thats a different story. To make a long story short I was sick as a dog for a month straight! could not eat(gaggin),drink or even swallow my spit! I lost mad weight but  I was not signing up for an eating disorder! My DOC said some people heal slower than others,and if swelling doesnt go down I'll have to have that endoscope thing done. I went home and prayed on that,and God answered!!!!!!! I was so weak, but after about a month, one day I just was able to drink and eat and I havent had this much energy since 1997! I dont feel boxed in ,I feel so FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Well today starts my 4th month out! 95pounds lost! WOW!

Thank you LORD for blessing me! So BLESSED THAT MY FATHER LOVES ME SO MUCH!!!!!!!!  Everything went so fast! I did all my pre-op testing that prior thursday. SO imma tell ya step by step what happend. First i went to admittions and got my arm band and orders then I waited in the waiting room for like 15mins. Then they pulled me back to prep room,they took my weight and vitals,went over my history,made me put on my gown and these crazy tight stockings and socks. Again everything was moving so fast i was so nervous,my blood pressure was fine but my pulse was 125!!! So my husband and the nurse tried calming me down. Anyway by this time its only 10:15am and I'm not supposed to be starting till 11:20AM!  It's only 10:15am and she said they said were going in early! I kissed my baby good-bye prayed and got wheeled in to surgery. Im not going to lie I was scared because they took my glasses from me and all  I could see was blurried shapes and colors! I'm straight blind without my glasses!  I was at easy when  I heard Dr. Enochs voice!   He calmed me down with his little jokes! The only one that made me a little  nervous at first was my anesthesiologist, he was pissed that they sent me in there without an IV. He actually said,"I am pissed!" he wasn't directing his anger towards me but I was steadily praying to keep any negative energy away from my surgery and I! After he got the line in he was just as sweet and caring as can be!  All I know is that he put something in my IV that made me loopy and he tricked me and said breath some oxygen and the next thing I know I'm in this crazy recovery room!   I don't mean to cut the story short but this gas is killin' me!  I'll finish posting later! I haven't even had time to make any connections for true support up here before my surgery. Now my surgery is being moved from June 1 to this coming MONDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im so HAPPY and FREAKED-OUT all at the same time. ANYONES PRAYERS and advice is SO WELCOME! Thanks EVERYONE!
