Where did the time go??????

I am truly blessed. who would have thought I could love life so much. I started at 425lbs and I am now 212lbs. I am 6 feet tall so people say I look a lot smaller.  Clothes shopping is much fun. My whole life has changed. Who would have thought that going to gym would be a daily routine for me. If I miss a day in the gym I feel as if I had a major set back. Working out has become my new way of life. I look at myself and even though I need a lil surgery with the excercise  I have toned up so much.... GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME AND ALL THE TIME GOD IS GOOD........
