"My first impression of Dr Jay was that he was very soft spoken and quiet but he new what he was doing. He took time out to demistrate what surgery would be like and what he was going to do once he went in to do the bypass. I felt very comfortable with the him especially after he took time to call me on a sunday to make sure that i had every thing i need to make sure that surgery would go as planned that following wednesday.
