one year post op

last year this time i was starving since i was on my two week liquid diet and i was like a kid waiting for santa because march 23 will be my one year anniversary. i have been lucky that al has turned out well, i have no regrets except that i didnt have my proceedure sooner. i never thought that i would be completely healthy and this size again. its funny because i am the same weight as when i graduated high school{1983}. my wife asked me how i feel and i said GREAT.honestly great is an understatement,there are no words to explain the feeling of accomplishment . thanks to my wife and kids for their support  since without them my success would not have been possible.
