hard to believe

my wife bought me two shirts on saturday but had to exchange them or a size that i haven't seen since the tenth grade, a size MEDIUM, its hard to believe that i have gone from a xxxl or xxxxl down to a medium. I thought that the brand was cut a lil large but was suprised when i tried on some tee shirts at OLD NAVY and themediums fit.. guess its time to accept the fact that i am lil david,just kidding,i will always be Big David, its strange how you start to look at your meals in a different way since you want to eat healthy and stay fit. . i do not deprive myself of food , what  i do is watch my portions , which is what I should have done many years ago,but i guess we have to live and learn. being that i learned my lesson i will NOT make the mistake again.
