Hello its been a few since I posted

hello every one it's been a few weeks or even moths just been trying to heal from a rotator cuff repair, havent been to the gym in almost 3 months but i am still doing pretty good was a little depressed not being able to work out but I haven't let that stop me from my new and much healthier me. I have lost over 100lbs in 8 months so I am very proud of myself for that I have posted neww pics and will be returning to the gym the first week of December so wish me luck hopefuly i will reach my goal by my 1 year mark. My sister had surgery in october and I am very happy and proud of her she and I will be fabulous by the summer (insider) big smile....well until next time later OHer's
