HI Quameko. What a beautiful name!! You asked are there others out there like you, puking up the last bite, eating too fast, and drinking too soon after meals, yes mam, there is... ME!!! I am now 8 months out and man, you would think I had learned by now, NOT! I am fine really, have gotten used to tossing my cookies, but am making a more conscious effort to slow down while eating. I have gotten better. Tell your boyfriend you will do just fine in Jamaica; have fun and think of your AMOS siblings back in the states!! What fun you shall have!! LOL So with your eating issues, just hang in there, you will get better!! And my gosh, 50 lbs. loss is AWESOME!!! ((((HUGS)))))

Quameko, Greetings from VA. Congrats on losing the weight... and it only gets better! I am a WLS patient in waiting. I love to travel as well, especially cruise. One day we will have on our swimsuits and slinky gowns... TAKE CARE!!! AKAnVA

Quameko, I had the same problem because your stomach doesn't know what the heck is going on and sometimes I would take a bite and hunger pains got worse... but I think it was just my pouch getting used to food. Needless to say, I threw up A LOT!!!! Learning to eat s-l-o-w-l-y was my biggest challenge. I'm 3 1/2 months now and it's getting easy to identify when I "full". Sometimes, I'm chewing that last bite and my stomach says NO! and I have to spit it out! This all might not help you, but know that you're not alone!! Big losses to you!!
