Twin Girls on the way

Well as many of you may know I am having twins. I haven't been on here since november but I do think about everyone, just been so busy with my life and getting my home in order for the arrival of my two lil girls. They are just about 12 weeks away from making their debut.All is well with us here I have gained just about 40 lbs with this pregnancy and its all in my belly, I still eat very well and about 8 times a day, I still exersice and go to the gym I think that is why Im doing so well with all of this. I have and appt with the dr next month to make sure he is ok with e verything, since all my other drs are fine with my progress.
Well I'll try to keep u alll posted and post some pics. Stay well and keep up the good work.

Yes i know its been forever since I have posted but I have been busy, I am now currenty starting my 7th week of pregnancy and loving it. I was down to 174 when I found out I was having TWINS. I am now at 180 and all is well. Hope everyone is doing well I'll be posting shortly with new photos of my wedding. talk to u all soon

Hi everyone, yes yes yes I know its been forever, Well I have been so busy with work and my new neice, yes my first one. My brother and sister in law had a lil girl on june 1st, her name is stella I will post some pics of her here so you can all see my lil pumpkin.
As for me I am now down to 185lbs and I was holding at 190 195 for like a month and a half. I am still working out like a nut and down to a 12 sometimes a 13/14 depending on the clothes. I am now sharing my moms clothes lol. Feeling great still have had no dumping or throw ups. I never had either one since surgery so If you follow the rules you won't either. I don't plan on having it so Im good.
I'll keep checking on everyone to see how you are all doing, till then .

Hello, well yes I am not on here as much as I used to be but the gym takes up all my free time and so does my hunny, well I am now at 200 and have lost another 10 in the last few weeks, and losing lots of inches adn gaining muscle, so its cool, I am now wearing a size 14 all my 16 are in rotation at work lol as well as my 18, 20, 22, 24 I have every one on a workout program so alll my clothes are going to good use, Since I don't get to get much use out of them I buy then wear a week n then get rid lol. this is a very expensive lifestyle change but I am HAPPY.

Hey its me again just to let ya'll know I am down to 210 lbs of pure sexiness. I have lost 117lbs to date. yes yes yes I am the Biggest loser lol. I am having so much fun living my life again you can't belive it. well you can if you are on here and have gone through it, if you are getting ready for it then look out you are going to enjoy the ride to the fullest. don't get scared, embrace it and rock on.

Well today I went to the Dr. for my 4 month check up and I am now down 101 lbs. Dr. Meilahn was so surpised to see how well I am doing and how I looked, he spun me around and walked in and out the door saying Ummm you are not Dena.
I feel great. I am wearing a size 16 and feel like the old me. Things are going great in my life. I hope everyone is doing well. Keep you all posted.

Well today I got weighed and I am down another 5 lbs for a total of 96 lbs. I am feeling great I go to Dr. Meilahn on Jan 30 so I am shooting for another 5-10 lbs. I'll do it.
Things are going well. work is nuts. food is going down ok went back to some softer things right now I have had a cold and its the easiest thing for a sore throat to handle.

Hi Happy New Year everyone, hope everyone is safe and doing well. Just and up date on me I have been working my ass off lately so I haven't been on here much.
I am now down 91 lbs, and wearing a 16-18 depending on the cut I in in a xl top or pants and feet are still shrinking to a 7 1/2 or 8 now. I go to Dr. Meilahn on Jan 30 he is going to be so excited. I can't wait to see him I now weight 236 from 327 91 lbs yeah, i lost a 12 yr old lol Im lovingmy life more than ever now.

Hi sorry I haven't been on lately, work is crazy now. Well an update on me I am down 80 lbs now and tomorrow I will be 3 months out. Feeling good still, working out, and living my life. To everyone who has just had it on my list, CONGRATS, I am very proud of all of you for taking the biggest step in your life. Well I won't be on all that much in the next few weeks but I will be in touch, Have a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to everyone. Talk to u all soon.

Well Happy thanksgiving everyone. My day was great I didn't deprive myself of anything, everyone was laughing cause I had an espresso spoon tasting everything, this is what I had, a espresso spoon of mashed potato, sweet potato, peas, piece of turkey(I hate turkey but I need the protien), escarole soup couple of reg spoonfuls of that (out of my dads bowl) lol I was the soup theif. And I was full, also had a taste of Pumpkin cheese cake. I can eat the sugar it doesn't effect me nor does anything else. And I am now down 70lbs exactly, feel great my skin is glowing more then it ever did. Still walking 6 miles a day and working full time running around the Home Depot. If any of the ladies on my page are in need of some clothes that havent had the surgery as of yet I have sizes 22-26 let me know if you can use them I will send them too you. I don't want anything for them, as I know the feeling of buying clothes every 2 weeks or so. Well too everyone continue on your journey and keep up the great work. you all look fabu.
