Well me my wife and son went school shopping last weekend and I bought a shirt off the rack just because I could it was a 2x I could not tell you the last time I fit in a 2x shirt when I started this adventure I was in a 4x and that was getting tight my pants were a 48 and now I can fit in a 44 wow the only problem latley is I have been on a major stall for like a week and a half I just can not seem to break under the 300lbs range Iv been stuck at 308lbs oh well I guess I will have to step it up a notch
