I feel like I am making progress

I called on January 3, 2011 to start process with doctors office never got call back today 1/172011 I called back and they apologized and said that no one contacted my insurance company and e-mailed me on the e-mail they said for me not to call and make a appointment for consultation, psy evaluation, or nutritionist until I receive notice from them. I was not happy with that e-mail so I called the surgeons office and told them that I had done my 6 month weight loss monitored program, have done 6 month support groups, psy evaluation scheduled for Feb 2 and wanted to know why I could not schedule my consult and nutritional evaluation the same day the secretary said that she would go ahead and schedule my consultation with Dr. Houston for February 15, 2011 at 1 pm central time. I scheduled my nutritional evaluation for the same day for 9:45 am central time. I am so happy things are looking up. I hope I will have surgery no later than June 2011.
