I had maintained the weightloss for 10 years. I lost my mother in 2017. Had a little weight gain. I lost my son jan 2019. I gained weight. I lost my daughter sept 2019. I have a 50 lbs weight gain. Covid has not helped. Anyone have some ideas to help start this weightloss? I ride a recumbent bicycle 30 minutes 3 times a week. I currently have a remote office job.
Any suggestions appreciated.
