I am four wks post op today and down 33 pounds. My check up was great, I am now on soft foods and have no physical restrictions. My B1 was a little low and now I must take a B complex once a day. I haven't had any problems except some leg aches and difficulty sleeping which the B complex may help and may also be due to not drinking enough water. I avg about 40 oz and will work on that. I must say that I am very happy.

Hi, all. I just wanted to say thank you to all that posted your well wishes and prayers. I had my surgery on Weds and had to be on ventilator until Thurs afternoon. That part was scary and miserable. One it was removed things started getting better. I just got home this evening. I am pretty tired but having trouble getting comfortable. Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers.

Hi Carolyn. Just wanted to send you a note to let you know that I'm thinking of you tomorrow. Dr. Naaman is my surgeon as well. I had Lap RNY on 6/2/03 and have lost almost 130 pounds to date. You're in wonderful, capable hands. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. If you need anything or have any questions, please e-mail me. Take care and welcome to the beautiful losing side! Cheryl N.
