I am the worst sometimes about updating information.  I have lost 128lbs and feel wonderful.  If someone had told me 6 months ago that I would lose this much weight in such a short period of time and feel this great I would have called them idiots.  My only frustration right now is clothes.  I am losing so fast that one week something fits the next it doesn't.  I wear scrubs to work and now they are so big the doctor I work for told me the other day I looked like I was wearing clown clothes and youknow he was right.  I knew they were big but I had been so use to avoiding mirrors that I never looked at what my clothes looked.  Well did I get quite a awakening when I finally looked.  I told started laughing about how big my shirt and pants were.  I now have bought scrubs 3 sizes smaller and need to probably go down another size, but will wait for a little while.  I actually gave clothing to my best friend the other day that was too big for me and she is now conteplating bariatric surgery because of my results.  I hope that anyone thinking about it always remembers that while Bariatric Surgery is wonderful it will only work totally if you are really committed to losing weight.  No matter what you do your results will not be good if the habits that got us here in the first place are not changed.
