Chewable Calcium Citrate Wafers

"They're big "Sweet Tarts". I take 4 of these a day. They are calcium citrate and magnesium. They have a little tart aftertaste so I pop the whole thing in my mouth at once instead of nibbling them. These are lifesavers. I cannot swallow the big calcium horse pill at all."

Profect Protein - Cool Melon Splash

"Sounds expensive, but I've bought many protein supplements that are still sitting in my cupboard. I can throw one in my purse, keep it in the glove compartment. Only 2.7 oz and I've got 25g of protein. My supplement of choice. Other flavors are icky in my opinion, but the Cool Melon is yummy."

Mathias Fobi

"My first impression when I met Dr. Fobi was one of cheerfulness and confidence. He exudes both. My impression never changed. His office staff in both offices, Lancaster and Hawaiian Gardens are so helpful and friendly. Dr. Fobi himself called me to follow up for the first three days after surgery. That made me feel very special. There is nothing I like least about Dr. Fobi. If I had to have a negative, which I don't really, it would be that I live too far away from his offices -- but that's MY fault, not his. It's still not negative, because I make the trip willingly and will continue to do so. I had my surgery in a new facility for Dr. Fobi on the very first day he was operating there. There were a few hitches with continuity and confusion; but mostly between the hospital and me. I believe that because the other venues that Dr. Fobi practices in are used to his system, these mixups wouldn't have happened. I also feel that more followup by the staff should have happened in order to avoid new hospital glitches. Nothing horrible, mind you, but not seamless. I am SURE the process is seamless in the other facilities. Aftercare is paramount. It is structured carefully. The risks of surgery were discussed in several formats and there was no opportunity for misunderstanding. I would give Dr. Fobi the highest possible rating. His surgical competence, bedside manner, followup, office staff, ability to obtain information, etc., none could be improved, except for communication with the hospital. I had a nearly flawless experience."
