Ive fallen and cant seem to get back on track!!!!

Ive had so many health issues, not because of banding!!! Ive gained some weight back thru the stress in my life!!! I need some encouragement!!! i still need to lose 20-30 pounds!!!! thanks everyone~~~joyce
