Reality Check...

i CHECKED MY BMI calculator this morning and to be in "normal" range, I need to weigh 164lbs.  I still have 81.6lbs to go until I reach that.  I was setting it at 170lbs, but 7.4lbs more shouldn't be a huge task (I hope!).  46.6lbs til onderland!  I can't  believe it.  I weighed 245.6lbs this morning.  Lost .8lbs since yesterday.  YEAH!!  I think I have figured out what I need to eat everyday to maintain a steady loss. 

Here's normally what I eat:

B:  13 oz Click Mocha Coffee
L:  5.3oz of plain greek yogurt flavored with sugar free vanilla Torani syrup
S:  6-7 Turkey Bites (like beef jerky)
Dinner: 3/4 -1 cup FF cottage cheese
S:  Pure Protein bar
S:  Every once in a while.. 1 Reese's Dark Cup (I split the whole thing with my hubby)
S:  homemade chewy granola bar

It's working for me...I work out about 2-3 times per week on recubant bike, treadmill and/or 2 nights of water aerobics (love that) when I get time.  They only offer the classes on Tues and Thurs at 6:10pm.  Sometimes I don't leave work until after then :(

Anyway, that's my journey so far...it continues at a great pace...
