I have PCOS (and diabetes and fibromyalgia). I have the VSG done on 8-15-16 and had to do a 10 day pre-op diet before that. So since 8-5-16, I have lost exactly 24 pounds (7 pre-op and the other 17 post-op). Is this a decent rate? I'm so nervous that j
