18 months out

Aug 03, 2010

Well today I am 18 months post op. it seem so far away when your just starting out. Well this jouney has been hard ,stressful ,depressing. But it also been a joy to be on. I would never be where I am today without the help of this tool of mine. I do sometime try new things to lose weight. But the thing is I can always go back to my new way of eating to maintain. Well I believe low carb eating is the best choice for me.
I must keep it real with you guys, I did fall off my way of eating at times. But I chose to not give up on me. So I just start over. Ever day is a chance to start over if you mess up. Ok its been 18 months and I lost 136lbs with the help of my tool. But it doesn’t stop here. I weigh 168lbs went from 385lbs at my highest weight. I would never thought I would ever get here. Well the key of success is never give up. I know its hard but you don’t want to let all your hard work go to waste. You can make it to your goal, you just got to try a little harder. Ok I plan on losing 8lbs and then I will be having a lower body lift, it going to take a while before I can get one. But that’s my plan.
Right now I am focus on weight training and building more muscle mass. Well ill come back next month to show how my progress is with that. Well everyone have a wonderful journey and a great day!
