7 day get back on track plan

hello friends today i decided i am going to make me a plan to get back on track.

2-3 protein shakes and 1 8 oz soft foods meal

64 oz water

i did this once before but not for a whole 7 days, i feel this will help me get back to smaller meals. i feel the overeating is out of control.

now my weight today is 196lbs i never want to go back up in pounds, the only way for this to work if exercise and eat smaller meals, and i will get back to 180lbs by the end of the year if i keep it up,
