Had to help mom paint her great room today...I ate WEIRD while I was there...

9:30 a.m. 2TBL  Potato Salad
(b-fast)    2TBL  Baked Beans (hey, she had left overs)

10:00 a.m. 1 C Iced Tea w/ Lemon & Sweetener

12:00   1/2 Turkey Bacon & Lettuce Sandwich (W/ Miracle Whip)
(lunch)

1:00 p.m.  1/2 C Punch Gatorade

3:00 p.m.  1 Yoplait 100 Cal Yogurt w/ 1 Small Banana & 1/4 C Granola
                    toooooo much food, now I feel sick

5:30 p.m. 1 C Salad w/ Honey Mustard Dressing
                   1/4 C Mashed Potatoes
                   1/4 C Cooked Spinach
                   1 mini ear of corn
                    1/2 oz of grilled chicken
