Well Day One of pre-op diet

Well I made it through day one and realized how more conscious I need to be on eating plan. I saw my surgeon and found out my surgery will be at 1 pm on December 18TH.  I am starting to get excited and hopeful which scares me at the same time. I find I like the mocha flavored shakes with the ice crushed in it.
