5 days until two month mark

I am five days away from it being 2 months since surgery. I am down 54 lbs since surgery and 91 lbs down since started process.  I am feeling better and can breathe better but easily tire out.  I have fallen after trying to do too much and scare myself about continuing to do so.  I am hurting and feel a little discouraged about the timing of the process.  I guess I am inpatient with my body being so out of shape. I know I got my body to this state with my behavior and eating habits. I am changing and just wish my body would show more of the good things I am doing and eating.
