2 weeks away from 4 months since surgery

At almost 4 months I am down 122 lbs. since starting this process.  I can see the scale moving slowly down and now I am more concentrating on pounds left to lose 138 lbs till surgeons's goal but my goal is 150 lbs.  Why can I see it could happen but feel so much fear that it won't happen.  I am starting to see little changes in my face and body but nothing real dramatic. I feel so much more energetic.
