"Century City Doctor’s Hospital is a unique facility. It is a smaller hospital in comparison with the other area hospitals, but don’t let that keep you from using this facility. The staff is wonderful and the professionals are very experienced. I was concerned that with a hospital of this size, that the knowledge and experience level of the staff would be lesser…this is VERY untrue. The entire staff is the best from the nurses to the surgeons to the attending physicians. They were able to handle some very serious complications I had, without any problems. The only downside is the parking, which is underneath the building but is expensive. And there is not cafeteria (yet)…only a restaurant. "
"Dr. Katzen is the most extraordinary professional I have ever met. His office staff are just wonderful and extremely helpful. Dr. Katzen is extremely knowledgeable about his profession and he has extensive experience with working on bariatric patients and understands the specific issues that we, as bariatric patients face and the special challenges we present as surgical patients. He has a team of professionals that also have extensive knowledge, compassion and understanding and can address any issues that may arise. I have had several procedures performed by Dr. Katzen over the last 3 years and would not hesitate a minute to have another procedure done by his hands.
He not only is an expert in his field of practice, but he genuinely cares about the safety and well being of his patients. He is very attentive to you, will take as long as you need to explain things and answer questions, and will do everything he can to make your experience as easy and comfortable as possible.

"Has a strong flavor similar to Ludens cough drops( you can dilute it in water), and DOES contain some sugar which might be a problem for some post ops. 3 Tablespoons provide 18 grams of protein and 5 grams of sugar."
"They staff was great. They have some of the finest doctors in the state. They do have equipment for larger people, thought most of it is special order, be sure and ask for it...they do have it. Overall, the support there is great."
