10 years after VSG

well everyone I'm 10 years post VSG and still have managed to keep most of my weight off still at 210 highest weight was 298 so I consider it a win! Still do not regret having it some times I regret I didn't do it sooner as I was 50 but oh well the best advice I can give anyone is do your research check the success rates of that dr. I honestly believe it success has a lot to do with the tecnike
