Things I've learned.....the VSG is not a instant fix I've learned to be kind to myself regardless of my weight.,.I'm not saying I regret WLS, I don't and I have maintained an 87 lb weight loss for 13 years I consider it a win I feel fine it was the right choice for me. Everyone has to carve their own path best advice I can give is to find a good support team and a good surgeon and do what makes you happy for you not for anyone else. Good luck to you all and it is possible to succeed but your success might be different than someone else...and that's ok!
