Hello all!  Well I am 10 months out and everything is going just GREAT with my weight loss.  I now weigh 195 lbs and check this out I wear a size 10 pants.  I went to Sam's Club and I tried on this leopard jacket (drum roll please) a size SMALL and it fit.  (Yes, I brought it, anyone who knows me, knows that I LOVE Leopard!!!!)  I can't ever remember being in a size SMALL.  The crazy part about this ride that I am on is how people are telling me that I am skinny and that I shouldn't lose any more weight.  I wanted to get down to 150lbs but I think that will be too small, even for me. Next month, next year, I will start working out and tone up everything.  This is one of the best things that  has ever happened to me, and yes if I had to do it again... 
in a heart beat.

PS I can eat anything I want, but I do have to watch the grease.

Here I am 9 months out and I am down 101 POUNDS (198.7lbs)!  I've seen others do it but I wasn't sure if it would happen to me and PRAISE GOD it did!!!!  I really hope my weight loss will stop on it's own because I weighed myself after I ate and I was still down another pound today.  This is fun now but in the back of my mind it's a little scary because I'm not even working hard to try to lose weight.  We'll see what happens after another 38.7 lbs when I reach 160 lbs.

I weigh 199.6 lbs I have lost a total of 100.1 POUNDS and I am jumping for joy!!!   I now wear a size 12 pant and a medium top.  I had wanted to get down to 150lbs but now I'm thinking how small would I be.  A size 10 is the smallest I will go to so I'm thinking another 20 pounds and I should stop.  I'll talk to my doctor and see what he has to say.  By the way,

Hello all!  Here I am eight months later and I have lost 99.1 lbs!
I was hoping to lose 8 or 10 lbs so you know I am happy to have lost 
18.4 lbs this month.  We leave to go on our cruise tomorrow so I can't wait to see how much weight I am going to lose on the cruise.  This tool is amazing.  Well I have to finish packing, talk to you in two weeks.

Sooooooooo much has been going on in my life  that I forgot about my 7th month post.  So here it goes, I've lost 6.0 lbs making it a total of 80.7lbs so that brings me to 219.0 lbs.  I must say, I eat what I want, and I have not had a chance to exercise, so I thank GOD for every ounce I lose.  I am in a size 14 Misses and that is blowing my mind.  At the end of this month we are going on a cruise, so I told my sister that I am going on a diet to shed a few extra pounds.  What's our diet?  Protein shakes!  As I sit here eating Doritos, I'll start tomorrow. I can't wait to post those cruise pictures.  Until next time Peace!

I went to the store for one thing and end up trying on clothes.  So I tried on my Chic jeans in a size 14 and they fit!  It's that time of month so I'm a little bloated, I'll purchase them next week and show you all how they fit.  And on top of that I still lost 6 ozs (222.8 lbs)! 

I'm 6.5 months out and I weigh 223.4 lbs.  I have now reached the point where I've lost more weight (76.3 lbs), than I need to lose (73.4 lbs) to reach my goal of 150 lbs.  WOW WOW WOW!!!!  100 pounds here I come.  This is a great tool! 

Today I had a different kind of "Doctor's appointment" (GYN).  The nurse asked me several questions including how much do I weigh.  When I told her 225 pounds she said, you don't look like 225.  I said what do I look like, she said 185 pounds.  WOW, how great is that?  So I'm thinking in October when we go on our cruise and I get on the plane, walking down the aisle people won't be saying, I hope she's not sitting next to me.  And if they do say it, it won't be because of my weight!  Oh, by the way I lost .2 ozs, I now weigh 224.8.  I wanted to get down to 150lbs but if I look like 185 at 224.8 what would I look like at 150? 111.8 lbs  too small.  I might move that up to 160lbs, I'll talk to the Dr.

Well today is my 6th month out and so much has changed!  I've gone from 299.7 lbs to 225.0 lbs losing 74.7 lbs. From a size 46DD to a 40 C Bra, this is the one I really LOVE my hips from 55 to 46 1/2 inches, when I was born I think they were 50 inches.    As I read other blog's I see some people list their weight day of surgery, (as I did) and others jump from their highest weight to day of surgery weight.  Aren't we funny?  When we are big we tell people we weigh 5 or 10 pounds less.  And when we lose weight we try to add on every fraction of an ounce we've ever weighed.  So if I go with my highest weight, I've lost 90 lbs, but I'll keep it simple 74.7 lbs.  You know, the only person we have to be honest with is ONE SELF!  And I've come to this understanding, if it takes me longer than you to lose 100% of my overweight amount, that's ok as long as I lose it.  I'm in this for the long haul and to be healthy.

Well I had a WOW moment the other day that I want to tell you about.  Most of my WOW moments have been private like, when I go into the dressing room at the store, or when I try on clothes at home that I couldn't fit.  But this Sunday my husband and I went to the movies, and  as long as I could remember every time I would need to pass someone to get to my seat, they would get up and let me in. But on 8-5-2007 when I approached the aisle the man just sat there, I walked pass (and with no problem might I add) sat down and crossed my legs WOW.  The seat had a place for your drink, which I could never use before because I was so big, but this time there was plenty of room for me and my cup WOW again.  Oh one more thing, I told my sister that my hips are 47 and she measured hers and they are 46.  It is sooo hard for me to believe that I am starting to look like the average woman.  I have been BIG for such a loooong time that it's taking me a minute to get use to the new me.  Until next time...Be Blessed!!
