What am I suppose to get from this?

Something has been on my mind terribly lately. So here is my dilemma...My meeting with Dr Sudan didn't satisfy me at all.I came unprepared to our meeting and I didn't ask him any questions and he was quick to leave. I kinda felt rush and didn't receive a personal touch at all.So the question remains ...What is more important? Having a surgeon with accolades and not personal touch or a surgeon who MAKES you feel you are a priority and not a dollar sign?
