It has been way too long since I update, so here goes, I am now in a size 8. Never in my life have I been a size 8. I think I skipped right over it.
I am having to work much harder at losing weight now. It took me almost 6 weeks to lose 1 lb, but I cannot complain, I have lost 81 lbs which is a miracle in itself.
I do work out every day of the week now. I run 1-2 miles just about everyday. I lift weight 3 or 4 times a week. I never would have thought this was possible. I am more physically fit now than I ever was growing up. I thank Dr. Loggins every day for giving me this tool and for saving my life. Thank you Doc.

Well, I am feeling just fine. exercising regularly and back into my size 14's which I havent seen for a very long time. I have held onto them for years hoping and praying I would be able to wear them again. They are a little snug in the belly but OMG almost too big everywhere else. It's amazing. Anyway, I go back to work tomorrow. First day back and it will be a 12 hour day. I am a little nervous hoping that my stamina will last all day, but I chose to go back on a Sunday which is usually a very slow day so we will see.
I don't think that I look any different but people that I haven't seen for a while say that I look Fabulous! I don't know if that's true or if they are just being polite, but oh well, it's still an ego boost.

I have my date of december 17th for my surgery. I have been doing the preop diet since thursday. It is extremely tough. 5 protein shakes a day and all the water I want. Not alot to go on, I had to add in low sdium, fat free chicken broth, sugarfree jello and sugarfree popsicles because I feel like I'm starving to death, but I know I can do it.

Well I now have 5 nutrition visits done. 1 more in november and hopefully i can get signed off to submit to the insurance. I dont think that I have lost enough weight yet but who knows. It has been a long road in my mind, but really it has only been since July. Not that long, but long enough
