april is when my husband leaves for basic training, and april is when I will start my eating healthy diet and full on excercise plan... I figure I can use him being gone to my advantage and use that to motivate me, cuz I want to suprise him when I go to see him on his graduation day, and him not recognize me!! I want to drop 50 pounds in 5-6 months, I doubt this is possible, but I thought if I aim high!! then I can be happy losing whatever I lose.  My son is 8 months old now, he keeps me very busy and then with work.  I also plan on going back to school here soon like it starts in april too.  So, I will have a complete full plate...speaking of plates, I just recently got refilled, and its been a year since I had been filled last, I am so experiencing extreme hunger all the freaking time!! I want food constantly, and since I havent been making the wisest of choices ( at all...) then its really hard to keep my weight going down, so I am getting quite frustrated with that.  I wonder if anyone else experienced this, I guess maybe I am thirsty and am taking it as hunger? I dunno, all I know is, I eat bad, and dont drink enough water, I rarely get a good nights rest from my insomnia, so I am constantly wore out...

I am hoping with the good diet, eating right, and drinking water, and working out a lot!! that I will actually improve my sleep quality, not to mention I will have excellent healthcare in april as well, so I can be on axiety meds, and maybe help in that way too.  so much stuff could be hindering both my sleep and weight loss issues.
