So easy for others to say "Just Walk"

I have two members of my family who think it's easy to just get out there and walk around my apartment complex (which is huge) or walk two blocks and back. At 400lbs it's very difficult to do this task...because that's what it is a task. Carrying almost two other people on my 5'4 frame shows that I have the agony but not of defeat! I would like people of a normal size to slap on a 300lb body suit and try walking around my apartment complex or two blocks and see if they will still say the same thing!!
