I asked for happiness for you In all things great and small, But it was for His loving care I prayed the most of all.

Hi, I just wanted to post and let you know I know exactly where you are, my husband just returned from a 2 1/2 year duty in Dili, East Timor. I know what you mean about culture shock. Hang in there. Hi Gilbretta WOW - you have done so well and you have had a very steep hill (mountain) to climb. Congratulations - and I think it is wondeful that you are exercising - i just cant get my act together - you make me feel ashamed that i am not anywhere near as active as you - God bless you for all your effort - well done kind regards

Gilbretta--don't let anyone put you down for being able and WANTING to go to the gym twice a day--I am so envious of you!!! Keep up the good work, you've overcome so much--keep on thinking thin, it's a wonderful frame of mind to be in, especially when your body is catching up to it!
