Well...I grew up with old fashion parents.Which had believed in eating whats put on your plate and you better eat every bite,no matter what.If you did not eat every bite then you got it for breakfast the next morning. That wouldn't have been so bad if it had been a child's portion, but no mom filled our plate for that of an adults(and I mean a hungry adult). She had to put something from everything that she cooked whether you liked it or not.

I am a army brat,so we traveled alot.I would just get use to a new school and made a couple of friends when we would have to move again.I didn't make friends easy,(I was very timid and shy).I kept to myself and started to withdraw and turning inward. I turned to food for comfort.

By the time I graduated I was weighting 175 lbs.I got married straight out of high school. I ended up pregnant and more weight piled on. In my fifth month I miscarried. That was a hard blow.I turned to food again .Well that happened another six times. Each time more weight. The marriage  broke up.I turned to my best friend good old FOOD.More weight.By this time I was over 200 lbs.

Do to a fall I took I injured my back in three places. Which disabled me,I was put on  no weight bearing activities for over a year. Again more weight piled on .Which wasn't good  for my back .So around in circles here I go.

I finally decided food is not my friend.
