I first embarked on my weight loss journey In April of 2019.  With being 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighing in at near 240 pounds, I am squarely in the morbidly obese category. I know this is a tool that can help me lose the weight, but it’s only a tool to help me. And I still have to do the work. SO LET'S DO THIS!
